How do I cancel my order?
If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within the first 24 hours of placing the order. Simply email us at email@example.com with your order number mentioned in the subject line and a screenshot of the payment receipt.
In case you would like to cancel the order after it is dispatched, you will have to ship it back to us (at your personal expense) and inform us of the same via email. Upon receiving the item back, we will process the refund.
Note: Personalized product orders cannot be canceled/refunded once the order is processed.
Products are eligible for return against either full refund or in the form of store credits of the same value if they are received in a damaged or defective condition. The same needs to be conveyed to our team within the first 24 hours of receiving the package, along with the details/images of the damage. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing are intact when reverse pick-up is made.
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before you open the packet, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.
Please note that this is only applicable in case the product is unused.
Return is not applicable for bulk or corporate orders.

The refund policy is applicable in case of a damaged/tampered product. In case of online paid orders, the refund will be made either back to the same bank account used to pay for the order or in form of store credits of the same value. In case of COD orders, we’d need customers' bank account details and the refund would be credited within 7-10 working days from the date of cancellation of the order or upon receiving the returned good(s). Alternatively, refunds can also be done via UPI.
