How do I cancel my order?

​

If unfortunately, you have to cancel an order, please do so within the first 24 hours of placing the order or before the order is processed - whichever is earliest. Simply email us at kathaavali@gmail.com with your Kathaavali order number in the subject line and a screenshot of the payment receipt.

​

In case you would like to cancel the order after it is dispatched, you will have to ship it back to us (at your personal expense) and inform us of the same via email. Upon receiving the item back, we will process the refund.

​

Note: Personalized product orders cannot be canceled/refunded once the order is processed.

Return Policy:

​

Products are eligible for return against either a full refund or in the form of store credits of the same value if received in a damaged or defective condition. The same needs to be conveyed to us within the first 24 hours of receiving the package, along with the details/images of the damage. Please make sure that the original product tag/labels (if any) and packing are intact when the order is returned.

If the packaging is tampered with or damaged before you open the package, please refuse to accept it and return the package to the delivery person. Drop us an email/WhatsApp message with the same information at the earliest.

Please note that this is only applicable in case the product is unused.​

Exchanges:

​

Kathaavali offers exchanges with certain exceptions. Items can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery only if they are unused, in original packaging, and with all the original tags & packaging. CHECK THE RETURN POLICY ABOVE.

Exchanges on discounted purchases and customized orders are not acceptable. Damaged or used items with signs of wear, damage, or without original packaging/labels/tags, etc., are ineligible for exchange. 

If exchange is not possible, Kathaavali will offer either store credits of the same value or a full refund to the original payment source.


Returns & Exchanges are not applicable for bulk or corporate orders, and customised orders.

We take the utmost care concerning the quality of each product and try our best to ensure that the item reaches you safely. However, sometimes fragile items may get damaged during transit. In such cases, reach out to us within the first 24 hours of delivery, at:

Refund Policy:

 

The refund policy is applicable in case of a damaged/tampered product. In case of online paid orders, the refund will be made either back to the same bank account used to pay for the order or in form of store credits of the same value. In case of COD orders, we’d need customers' bank account details and the refund would be credited within 7-10 working days from the date of cancellation of the order or upon receiving the returned good(s). Alternatively, refunds can also be done via UPI.
